We are excited to announce the completion of our new Wash Plant facility, a significant advancement that underscores our commitment to innovation and sustainability in the industry. This facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including an advanced water press system that enhances efficiency and reduces our environmental impact and ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Mone Bros are committed to thinking sustainably and have therefore invested in providing the benefits of a Soil and Aggregate Washing Plant which will ultimately take annually up to 150,000 tonnes of locally derived construction, demolition and excavation waste away from landfill by transforming that waste into re-usable construction materials; thus, approaching 100% re-purposing of a valuable resource to the local economy. This is a great example of the Circular Economy; by transforming waste materials into invaluable solutions, carbon emissions are reduced and other environmental benefits delivered.

Our Wash Plant facility which was completed in 2024 is state of the art and spans nearly half an acre, the Wash Plant is designed to handle a variety of materials with precision and care. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to maximize throughput while minimizing waste, resulting in cleaner products that meet the demands of our clients and the industry.

Strategically located at our Blackhill Quarry in Bramhope, North Leeds, the facility benefits from excellent transportation links, including easy access to the Leeds Ring Road and the broader North Yorkshire area. This prime location not only facilitates efficient logistics and distribution but also strengthens our ability to serve our customers across the region promptly and effectively.
